Appointment scheduling

  • Please call us to schedule an appointment
  • Hours: 9:00-16:00 (40 min for first consultation, 20 min for follow-ups)
  • Each appointment is scheduled in a specific timeframe for short waiting times

 

Payment & Prescription

  • “Fee for Treatment of Patients’ Choice”shown below will be charged upon an appointment, aside from the medical consultation fee.
  • Prescription medications can be obtained at Medicasa without going to the pharmacy.
  • Payment can be made inside Medicasa avoiding going outside.

 

We basically provide medical treatments covered by the National Health Insurance, but the treatments uncovered by the insurance can be provided as well.

 

In accordance with the standards regarding Special Healthcare Expenditure specified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare., fee for an appointment shown below will be charged as “Fee for Treatment of Patients’ Choice”, aside from the medical consultation fee.

 

Fee for an appointment

For first consultation (40 min): 16500 yen

For follow-ups (20 min): 11000 yen
